October 14th, 2005

Thanks to everyone who came out to the October 10 show at The Rendezvous. I’d thank each one of you individually, but I know I’d forget someone, so suffice it to say that you know who you are, and I love each and every one of you. Sorry my amp blew up. I’ll do my best to make sure it doesn’t next time.

Speaking of which…I’d like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Amos from The Swim Team for stepping in and letting me use his amp. Amos, Lari, and Adonis are great people and fantastic musicians, and I look forward to playing shows with them in the future.

Most of all, thanks to Matt Ashworth, Sarah Baker, and all at NadaMucho.com for hosting the New Music Monday series and taking a chance on me. Here’s hoping that it’s the beginning of a longtime partnership.

On a related note, I’ve added a couple of pictures from the Rendezvous site to the Photos page, and I’ve added my reflections and other pertinent information to the Past Shows / Setlists / Reminiscences page.

It’s looking like Andy and I will be playing Red Jacket Mine’s first “full-band” show at Fremont’s Nectar Lounge on November 29. Little else is known about this show at present. Keep an eye on the Shows page for details.
